Simple Q: MSN Messenger chat logs/history

Hi,
Simple question! I just wanted to know if anyone knew where previous MSN Messenger chat logs were stored on the computer. And I'm not talking about viewing conversation history while logged into MSN.

I am reinstalling OSX and i just wanted to make sure that the logs would stay saved.

I never knew people could access my conversation history without a password just a few days ago. I've disabled saving conversations because of this... Does anyone know how to save conversations of MSN Messenger with password protection?
