Identities on Entourage 2008

I have 2 identities on Entourage and I associated two separate email accounts with each respectively. Originally, incoming emails found their way to the inbox of the specified address separated by identity. After a few hours, emails for both accounts started to arrive in the inbox of whichever identity I was logged into, no longer separated. I've checked and re-checked settings and can't find the problem. My email provider can't figure it out either.

Anyone have any guesses?

are the email accounts both from the same server and domain?

Same server, different domains. It looks like I have it working again. I'm keeping my fingers crossed...
