Odd Photo Booth problem

I just downgraded my machine from Leopard back to Tiger. After a little coaxing, I got everything to work (seemingly) fine. Everything except for photo booth. Every time I try to open it from the applications menu, the photo booth icon will quickly fade into appearance on the dock then quickly fade out. Before I took the icon off the dock, it would bounce one time if tried to open it. I don't think it's a camera problem because my camera works with iChat. When I checked the crash log, it said something like "library not loaded" and "image not found". Please help if you have any idea what is going on. Also, I already tried re-installing the bundled software from the OS disk.
