Mouse trouble

Hey there, didn't really know what category to put this under but I seem to be having trouble with my mighty mouse. I can't scroll down with the scrolling thing on the top of the mouse. I have no idea how to fix this. please help me!

you need to clean your scroll ball...
Use alchohol & cloth to clean it...
Push the ball hard when u rub it with cloth..
And it should work fine..!
