Hi all need some advice.
I have a Mac Pro, 750GBHDD (400GB left), 5GB of Ram. And I'm wondering why my new iMac with 250GBHDD, and 2GB of Ram 1) starts up twice as fst as my Pro, and 2) Photoshop CS3 again starts up twice as fast as then the Pro?
My Pro only has 4 programs open on start up, I only have around 150 fonts installed and switched on, on my Pro. I have 5GB of ram so why is the speed that much slower on the "faster" computer.
I would love some help on this as I have googled this many times and I still can't find the answer I'm looking for. How do I make my Pro run faster?
