I have a black 2gb nano. When it is plugged in it flashes from the Apple Logo, Do not disconnect, and to Apple Support. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I have a Mac but can hook it to windows if necessary. -Thanks, Kyle

P.S. I searched but only found one thread and nobody responded to the guy.

Is it showing up in iTunes?

If so on the iPod tab on the side hit restore.

How would I go about doing that? It doesn't respond to the menu-select

Master Restore can be accessed when you sync it with iTunes. If you click on the iPod tab on the left pane, it will show your iPod, and current status, etc. There will be two options from the main tab: Update and Restore.

Oh, I don't get any response to a computer at all. Even if I try to run DiskWizard or Disk Recovery it won't recognize it.

Ok.........Now is it saying do not disconnect when plugged in to a wall charger?
Or is that a computer port.

If so what does it do when you plug it in to a wall socket?
