Keyboard shortcut for disappearing Dock

Is there a way I can set a keyboard shortcut to make my dock appear and disappear (instead of using "automatically hide and show dock"). Thanks.

And pressing that is basically a keyboard shortcut for "Automatically hide and show dock"...
