About half the time, when I boot up WinXP in Parallels 3.0 or return to the paused virtual machine running XP, capturing the mouse results in very flaky video behaviour - mouse & dialogue box 'echoes'. The only cure is to release the mouse, minimize parallels, and go make a cup of coffee until it rights itself.

Any troubleshooting advice on this? It would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Running Leopard 10.5.3 on 2.4 ghz iMac - 3GB memory.

I'd be worth re-installing the Parallels Tools to start with and then maybe allocate a little more memory to the virtual machine.

Thanks - I'll try that when I have the time. I wonder if it's OK to increase the video 'RAM' allocated by Parallels to the virtual machine?
