lacie or iomega desktop hard drive ?

hi

can you please advice me which do you think is better desktop hard drive: Lacie 320GB D2 QUADRA(with firewire) or Iomega Desktop Hard Drive 500 gb( or iomega minimax )all of them are with firewire and the same price.

Mac Studio, M1 Max, 32 GB RAM, 2 TB SSD
I would go with the LaCie. I looked up the specs for each drive, and the LaCie drive features an 8 MB on board cache while the Iomega Minimax only has a 2 MB on board cache. More cache is always better, resulting in faster performance. Go for the drive with the greater cache. My two cents.
