The volume Macintosh HD needs to be repaired.

Error: Filesystem verify or repair failed.

I attempted to partition my disk for boot camp, but it said I had to restart. So I did. It took the 5GB away from me, so I did a View Disk. then that comes up. However, repair disk is grayed out.

What can I do?

Thank you...

Boot from your Leopard install disk and run disk utility direct from the disk. Allow it to do the needed repairs. Keep running it until all errors are gone. Then boot from the HD again and run Boot Camp assistant. Select the "restore" function from Boot Camp Assistant - that should get back all of your hard drive space.

Afterward, run Boot Camp Assistant once more to create a new partition for Windows.

Regards.
