Mac Mini Memory

I have an old Mac Mini- 1.5 GHz PowerPC G4 512MB DDR SDRAM(PC3200) and I want to upgrade the RAM. I know I can only install 1g but I dont know if it is 1x1g or 512mb x 2. Does anybody know or can they link me to a page where I can purchase it. Thanks in advanced.

So I take it if I just buy the 1x1gb 3200 RAM, I should be just fine?

According to the specs louishen supplied for you...

"All Mac mini G4 models support a single 184-pin PC2700 (333 MHz) DDR SDRAM"
The 3200 should be backwards compatible for your system. It should be fine.

Louishen and Soulwar are correct. I have owned a 1.25Ghz and now a 1.5 Ghz G4 Mini. The RAM spec is PC2700 DDR 333Mhz. You can use normal PC3200 DDR also. I have a PC3200 1GB stick in my 1.5Ghz G4 Mini. Works great. Either one will work but you do not need PC3200 to work. I would check out the URL's that Louishen suggested.
