Which is a better deal?

I want to upgrade to a Macbook 2.4. I was wondering if I should wait until the back-to-school promo to start and then buy it or should I wait until the new models come out in September and then buy the model that is out right now?

Any other options or advice for buying would be appreciated as well. Thanks in advance.
