Hello, I have done much research and think its finally time to switch from a PC to Mac. I am going to college down in Florida I have one main question, the only external screen i am going to be able to use is my 37 inch Vizio TV which has a resolution of 1366 x 768. Is a MacBook going to be able to output onto the TV?

It should. Mac's are so easy to connect to displays, there is no configuring resolution or anything, they just work!

Hey Jhernadez,

Welcome to the forum. I use my MacBook on my 37" Samsung quite often and it works without a hitch. Its as simple as Plug n' Play. Just don't forget to get the mini-DVI to VGA adaptor so that you can connect up to the TV.

And believe me the only time you gonna look back at a PC is just to Wonder what took you so long to switch ;D

goodluck
