battery calibration

Your Mac's Specs
15" MBP 2.16GHz, 1GB RAM, 120GB HD
I got my replacement battery today(Apple overnighted it!). Should I calibrate this new battery? I let it charge until it was green and then left it sitting like that for 2 hours or so. So now should I run it down till it goes to sleep and then leave it for 5 hours before recharging?
