Register comes up when opening Final Studio

I think I must have deleted something??? When I start up Final Cut or any other programme within the Studio range it asks me to put in the serial number every time?
Any ideas for a quick fix rather than deleting and reinstalling please?
Im running a Macbook pro and its the latest Final Cut Studio software.
