Mail Error Message

Hi Everyone

I can not send emails from my Mail Application, I can get mail in but I can not get any out, can you please help me with this, this is the error that I am getting??

It could be that the SMTP server is experiencing problems.

Make sure your Authentication is set, and make sure the correct port is set.. Default is 25, i believe, for outgoing.
