iMac broken ughhhhh help please

Here we go well i should first start off by saying hello i am new to mac forums and i repair and sell mac laptops so if anyone needs advice hit me up.

Anyway i have this imac that i need some help on figuring out what is wrong with it its a 2.0 ghz superdrive 250gb it has lines across the screen heres a pic any help would be really great thanks kyle

i dont know how to do that thats the thing its saved in just a desktop folder......

In the reply message field click on the button that says "Go Advanced". From there you'll be able to upload the jpg.
