For some reason whenever I try to sign on to i-chat it immediately states: Lost Connection with AIM. The connection to the host was unexpectedly lost. Why am I being prompted with this message? If it helps it only happens when I am at the beach using the wireless connection down here, when I am at home using that wireless it works fine. Thanks.

Do you put your mac to sleep when you go from Home to the beach?

My Guess: The Beach's wifi blocks out the ports that iChat uses. Works fine at home, then you put your Mac to sleep, go to the beach, then wake it up, and it regains a connection... but the ports are blocked, hence your connection with AIM is lost.

Of course once you get home, the ports are open again, allowing an iChat connection.
