Hi!
I try syncing iPhone with Entourage 08 and on some of the contacts SyncServices report a problem which needs to be resolved. It appeared that birthdays of some contacts in Entourage are one day behind those on iPhone.
And that's really, really strange, because I sync the iPhone with newly installed MS Office on a fresh OS installation with no data at all! So basically, any contact info in Address Book and Entourage is that transferred from the iPhone. And for some reason some of the contacts are transferred with wrong info.
I also cannot identify any logical pattern for such erors - I have 282 contacts on the iPhone and such problems occur only with 25 of them, although there are more contacts with birthday info.
And if this isn't bad enough - the warning dialog keeps popping up despite the fact that I resolved (or rather, thought that I resolved) the conflicts by pointing to iPhone as correct source.
Any ideas why this happens and if there's any way to get rid of this annoyance?
Any help is appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
Robert
