Hi.
I don't know what to do.
Recently, every blank DVD disc that I'm trying to write data on, cannot be written.

I'm inserting the disc. the mac is thinking about 15 seconds, and ejects it.
These are "Verbatim" DVD-R, 16X, 4.7GB.
***They worked on my mac a few months ago, but I bought a new stock and the mac doesn't like them. The mac doesn't like other discs too.
Do I have to change something in the mac settings or something?
They're quality is very good.

Blank CD's can be written.
Please Help me guys, it really drives me crazy.
Thanks,
Dror

You could try giving the optical drive a good cleaning.

If it doesn't help, then I'd say your optical drive may be failing. Not much to do but replace it or go with an external one.
