CD/DVD Rom Not Reading .MOV file discs

Hi Gang,
My buddy created a promo DVD for me and my airbrush business. I'm able to play it on standard DVD players and on my iMac at my shop.

But for some reason, my G4 Sawtooth Mac at home keeps spitting the disc out.

It's not for every disc, just this particular one. It reads the Mac OSX discs, other DVD's and other CD's.

BOTH computers (iMac and G4 Sawtooth) are both running Mac OSX 10.3.9.

I did install 2 new 120GB HD's into the Sawtooth, which seem to be running fine. That should have no bearing on why the CD/DVD Rom is not reading a particular disc.

Is there an application or driver I need to download for .MOV files?

Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated. ;D

Is the DVD on a DVD+R by chance and not a DVD-R? I know my older G4 can't read +Rs.

It's a Memorex DVD-R / 16x / 4.7 gb / 120min.

I guess it's time to upgrade my CD/DVD Rom to a CDR/DVDR burner.
