Hi all!
WB Netty. Back because of WWDC ??
Thinking about writing up a review of my new mechanical keyboard for the Mac-Forums Blog. It has been a nice change from my old keyboard.
My father-in-law was one of those nuts who got to the Apple Store at 3am on Friday for the release of the iPhone 6. He managed to score a 128GB iPhone 6 Plus for him and a 64GB iPhone 6 for my mother-in-law.
I swore to myself that I would NOT buy a new phone right now (my contract isn't up until 7/2015), but man, I gotta tell you - that iPhone 6 is pretty hot. Not just for the bigger screen, but the overall design (it's unimaginably thin) is far superior to any previous iPhone (IMO).
So tempted to call Verizon today and see what, if anything, they'll do for me.
The IP6 does look good. If you do get one will it be a 6+ or plain 6?
I will probably go with the regular 6, 64GB. The 6+ is WAY too big. I carry my phone in my pocket and I just don't see that happening with the 6+, at least not comfortably.
I used both for quite a bit, helping them out with settings and restoring from iCloud backup. The screen is a quantum leap over any other phone I've looked at. Really, it's that good.

Awesome story Chris! You're father-in-law must be a "gadget geek"…who is very proud to be the first person on the block with a new "electronic toy/tool"!
Also great to hear that you think that the iPhone 6 is pretty desirable. And not too big as some folks seem to suggest.
