Vodka gives me the shivers - for some reason vodka was easy to get our hands on before I was 21 (a long time ago) so I have a lot of experience with it going the opposite of the intended direction. :) Greatly prefer dark liquors.

I'm sure many of us have had these experiences...and drinks/liquors we "need" to stay away from. I need to stay away from...screwdrivers (had too many of them a couple times)...and peppermint schnapps (a pass the bottle around deal while camping one time). Aghh..."shivers" just thinking about it!!!;)

Cold River Vodka and the blueberry Cold River vodka. Flavored vodka is crap, expect for this stuff. So delicious. I visited the distillery when I was on vacation in Maine and picked up a bottle. Best vodka I've ever had. Way better than Grey Goose.

My wife has a Kindle - and once they swapped out our cover for the lighted one (free of charge), it's working great. She really likes it.
