Well this summer I will be working full time at a camp. Once I come back from that I move into Bethel University. I'm enlisted as a business major with marketing emphasis, and a computer science minor... but we'll see how far I go in that field.

Very cool, good luck to you.

Got my 6 cell Maglite today.

It's obscenely bright, plus it's perfect for beating the bejesus out of an intruder.

A great purchase. :D

It's a flash light, and in this case, similar to what the cops carry, and can be considered a weapon because of the weight.

19.5" of aircraft grade aluminum, 6 D batteries, Xenon bulb.

Quite possibly the best $20 purchase I've ever made.

I got a 4 d-cell maglite for my birthday a few years ago. I wanted a 6 cell maglite but it cost more (obviously) so the 4-cell will have to do.

It's not the size... it's how you use it that counts.

When you live in the bad neighborhood I live in, my 5-Cell Maglight comes in handy sometimes! :D

And if someone tries to rob me, I can use that Maglight quite well! :D

This past weekend we had our almost 33 month old daughter ride a horse with no one supporting her. We did not just set her on top of one and let her go, mind you. This wasn't her first time on a horse, but it was a first to let her ride without me walking beside her with a hand on her back. Mommy and daddy watched on and took pictures while our friend lead-lined the horse around her property. She did very well and wasn't scared one bit. We were very proud of her. She didn't want to get off of it or let mommy and daddy have a turn riding the horse too. LOL

Gary,

Boy, you can sure tell when independence sets in. You all are in for it now ;D

But it's great when they can start doing adventurous things like that by themselves - as long as you have a long rein... Congrats to the proud Daddy and Mommy.

Bah! I hate being in-between jobs.. And moving..

It always sets me back so far every time I move. At least I know this time I won't be moving for a while, and my job starts on the 23rd.. However, I need money now. *bangs head off wall*

I hate money.. Whoever invented it needs to be shot in the forehead.

The only benefit of money to me is the incentive to work. If money was given to everyone, 15 million per day, by not working at all, there would be no incentive to work, unless prizes or other things were given.
