powerbook g4 12" 2gb ram?? possible??

i have a powerbook 1.5 ghz ppc 12" g4, and i currently have 1.25 gb ram. is there any way to get a 2gb stick? and mods i can make or anything??? its driving me crazy that there is only one slot. thanks in advance

Macbook C2D 2GHz 2GB RAM 80GB HDD
From everything I have seen, 1.25GB is the max. Putting a 2GB stick in may boot and recognize fine. However, if it is anything like the Mabooks, it will only utilize the max amount (1.25GB)

To be honest; I'm not even sure if anyone even makes a 2GB PC2700 SODIMM.
