Strange error window

Hey,

Recently a strange error window has been popping up on my screen and I've never seen it before. I was wondering if someone could explain to me what is happening? There doesn't appear to be any symptoms. The message just pops up.. I hit ok and go back about my business.

The greened out portion of the image is the IP address.

Are you using any VM software? Perhaps your VM has the same IP. Or something else on your network.

It's like the rule of matter. No two objects can occupy the same space. Well, no two nodes can have the same IP address.
