I'm using iMovie '08 to create slideshows with photos imported from iPhoto.
When using the Ken Burns effect on a "portrait-oriented" photos (tall and thin photos, not short and wide "landscape-oriented" photos), I can't set the Ken Burns effect to view outside the photo's boarder (where you'd see black bars on the sides).
It's important if you want to see the complete photo image, yet still have some Ken Burns effect in use.
I can go outside the photo boarder if I create a slideshow from iPhoto and it's Ken Burns effect, but I want to use iMovie for the advanced music-handling and title controls it offers.
Can this be done?
