installer problems

I installed more sources using the installer application and now if i go to games their is only one game in their, i have tried un-installing the sources but it not has made a difference. their are loads of applications that have gone missing..

can anyone help?

i have thought about re-installing the installer but will that reset my phone contact details etc...

iTunes keeps a backup of your phone, so if you were to restore it, you would only lose Installer, the rest of the stuff like your contacts and notes and calendar entries would all be restored from the backup.

I say go ahead and do a restore to get rid of Installer, then reinstall it.

I had this same problem last week....Stay away from those unknown sources... Also I think it could have to do with the fact that installer was just updated to a new version.
