I have a seagate 300GB HD which I bought from new. I originally put it into the old enclosure for a 128GB Maxtor Firewire HD which had failed. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the new seagate drive only appeared as being 128GB.
However, I have now moved it to a generic FW enclosure, and it still only appears as 128GB (the disk, not just the 'volume'). Does anyone know of any way I can reclaim the rest of the space without completely erasing it?
