cracking cases?

My Macbook, that is treated extremely well, Keeps cracking on the palm rest area it's very superficial but also very annoying! is this common problem?

Yeah. Take it into an Apple Store and they may replace the cracked case for you for free. If you live away from an Apple Store then call AppleCare.
