hard drive failure

Last Saturday I joined the ranks of those who's hard drive failed. My white macbook will be 2 years old in Aug. It appears a lot of these are failing at about this age. Seems to be a problem. Hope my new one lasts longer. If yours is a seagate about this age you better back everything up. Very simple to replace ( with the right tools) though. I've had 4 computers and never had a hard drive fail before.

Mine's the same age as yours... backing up as I type!
