How much?

Hey Guys

I am going to buy this imac from someone and was wondering how much you guys think is a fair price to pay for this machine.. I shall tell you how much we are 'agreed' on (not quite agreed yet) once I have had a few responses on rough figures...

It's the older white imac with..

Apple OS X Leopard 10.5.2
2.33 GHz Intel Core Duo Processor
3GB DDR2 SDRAM
500 GB Hard Drive
ATI Radeon X1600 Graphics Card with 256MB GDDR3 SDRAM
20" Widescreen LCD

And in mint condition.


How much should I pay!?

Edit- btw I am in the UK so by all means give me ideas in $$$ if thats what you know, but ideally i'd like £££

$1000 or £500. Conversion is 2:1, right? This is a rough guess.

That's a beefy machine. £600 I'd say (Macs hold their value compared with PC's)

I sold my imac 2.1ghz, 1.5gb ram, 260gb hd about 18 months ago for £800!

I offered the guy £750 for this machine (woops) but Im starting to think that is a little steep...

I think £600 is a complete bargain as it is as you say a really beefy machine.
