organizer / planner / task manager software needed

hey all

this forum looks awesome...hopefully someone here will be able to give me some good ideas..

basically i run a small office around 5 staff.

i am going to start working from home 2 or 3 days a week.

i want to get software that essentially mimics a day to a page diary. that tasks, meetings, reminders etc can be put into from all computers (3 in the office and one at home) that has an auto sync function...

some basic project management would be good...something like bento but that is easily shared...

i have found some documentation on sharing bento but it still seems a little complicated..
