Hello,

Because of the (wrong) way I initially set up my mail forwarding when I bought my 1st iMac a couple of months ago, I have lots of duplicate emails.

I am sure there must be a way for Mail to find & highlight or preferably move duplicates to another folder, possibly deleted items (Trash).

Any hints out there??

Thanks,

Wint

There are programs out there specifically designed to find duplicate files on your computer so you can delete them. They are for all files in general and I think many people use them for duplicate mp3 files, but it should work just fine for any other kind of file including emails. I don't know of any programs for Mac offhand, but if you do a little keyword searching on Google it shouldn't take long to track one down.
