I was wondering if a macbook could handle FCP 6 or Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 and how well it handles these applications?

I played around with a black macbook with FC6 on it last december, seemed very capable and smooth compared to my old 1.67ghz Powerbook G4, but the screen size really sucked for using FC6.

Well...
Minimum Requirements to Install All Final Cut Studio Applications said:
* A Macintosh computer with a 1.25GHz or faster PowerPC G4, PowerPC G5, Intel Core Duo, or Intel Xeon processor
* 1GB of RAM
* An AGP or PCI Express Quartz Extreme graphics card (Final Cut Studio is not compatible with integrated Intel graphics processors)
* A display with 1024-by-768 resolution or higher
* Mac OS X v10.4.9 or later
* QuickTime 7.1.6 or later
* A DVD drive for installation
Would it still run?... maybe. But running is one thing. Actually having a machine that is capable of utilizing the full potential of the suite is another.
