Am complete newbie, and having problems with file and folder permissions, mostly when I receive ZIP files that are created on Windows. When I extract those, folder and file permissions are not modifiable from "Get Info" although I am admin. I can chmod them from Terminal, but I am looking for a solution where I don't need to mess everything up with chmod, and do in the right way.
