OSX 10.3 FTP server setup

Can any body sugget a link where i can find out how to set up a ftp server for our company,

we all run on g4 macs with an xserve powering the whole show but we need to be able to give our clients space to link in and put files on us through the net

we have no idea how this can be done and any info or link will be helpfull :cool:
