My wife's iMac is locking up on my son's account. His account is managed with parental controls. It won't let us log off, shut down or anything. When we boot it back up after holding down the power button and shutting it off only gets us back to his account and it gets locked up again! This computer is not set up to automatically log onto any account so I really don't understand this one. I'm not home right now to deal with it myself and won't be until later today. But I'd like a few ideas before I get there.
