Says battery is fully charged even the cable has the green light on. whenever I unplug the power cable the computer shuts off completly as if it was shut down. It's not sleeping. When I try to restart it without the power cable I hear the hard drive spin and then it shut off again. I won't restart without the power cable plugged. Any ideas?'
