I can see how many I have left, but I'd like to see how much ive used up, thanks!

Subtract from the total? ;P

Open a Finder window and then right click on Macintosh HD and select Get Info. In the window that pops up, it'll tell you the exact amount used up.

thanks haha, i know it makes me sound dumb because i would subtract from the total, but i've had issues with bootcamp which made 10gb disappear so i wanted to see if its back after i deleted windows.

still missing though :(
