I've been doing some reviewing of music on my personal blog, and it'd like to post links that directs you to the album in iTunes automatically. I have seen some people doing that on their websites, but I'd like to know how they did it.
Let's say I want to post a link of Death Cab for Cutie's new album on my blog, I'd like the hyperlink to open up iTunes and then go to the album directly after clicking on it.
