Mail - IMAP/Folder problem

I have an IMAP account on Mail, however everytime I add a new folder it is white, in comparison with an arrow next to it (Even though there is nothing in it), in comparison to all the other folders which are white. (See below)



Any ideas why this is happening, and how I can stop it?
