Lets get down to business I have macbook and I think I might have hit a key combination by accident. There is a black rectangle around everything i click and also whenever i click something a sound is created Help!

I just did a quick search off google.

Try this:

Go to:
System Preferences->Universal Access

Turn Off VoiceOver.
