Couple question about my MacBook Pro

I need to reinstall windows xp on it.. how do I get it to boot from a CD? and also what Windows XP do I install? Can I just install regular windows xp and it be fine?

Oh and 1 more thing.. where do I find the specs on this Pro? I know on the iBook its under the keyboard. But I can't seem to find it on this thing

Hold C when you are booting to boot from a CD

Any XP disc will work

now I got another problem..

I forgot my old password so I was just going to install windows again

But there is a CD in my drive.. how do I eject it without loggin in?

turn on your computer while holding down the mouse button...
the cd should eject.
