Changing Default PDF Reader

BlackBook 2.2ghz, 160 gig Hard Drive, 4 gigs of RAM, Leopard 10.5.2
Hi there I couldn't find an answer to this question anywhere.I was wanting to change my default PDF reader to skim instead of preview but just can't find a setting that will do this. Has anyone any idea. I just know it's going to be something simple.Thanks.Ry

You get info on any PDF file i

Then select the default program you want from the pull down menu

Then select the Change all button
