Modem as Telephone

Buon giorno principessa,

I want to use my modem as my primary telephone on my G4 Powerbook. I know there is a built-in speaker and microphone, but I can't seem to find software appropriate for what I'm trying to do, which is:

1. answer calls, basically speaker-phone style
2. answering machine

Any ideas?

Well I know how you can do voice over IP calls using an iBook and broadband internet connection, but that isn't what you mean...
