Hi,

I've been installing Boot Camp for as long as I have had a Mac but I am not sure if I am doing something right.

When I go into the Windows XP install screen it asks me which partition I want to format and I select C: Partition 3 (BOOTCAMP) (FAT32) and I format it to the NTFS file system.

Am I doing this right or should I have just left the partition to (BOOTCAMP FAT32)?

Please advise

FAT 32 limits your partition to 32gigs.

You're best off with NTFS.

Security wise NTFS is the better option, but it won't be as accessible to your Mac OS as FAT32 is. With that in mind I installed FAT32 when I set mine up.
