Dear All,
I know you must be sick of reading about this problem but I thought I'd ask anyway as its driving my flatmates crazy.
Just got a new macbook and cannot log into our wireless network which uses WEP security. With security turned off I can log on fine but as we live in flats we want to keep it locked. When security is turned on I cannot log on, no matter how many times I prefix the password (which is the same as the hex key, is that possible?) with $, " or 0x...
We cannot use alternate security as this makes the network incredibly slow for some reason.
Any solutions? Any advice much appreciated.
Thanks a lot,
Olly
