Time Capsule Help

Forgive me if this has been discussed. Here are my problems with Time Capsule.

1. The Wireless Connection seems to drop occasionally. What can I do to fix this.

2. I have a desktop pc, windows laptop, and my MacBook which I installed XP on using bootcamp. My problem is with the MacBook and Windows. I can not get the MacBook(while booted in Windows) to connect to the Time Capsule. It keeps giving me an error and says check to make sure NetBios is enabled. I have checked NetBios and it is enabled but still will not connect. Can somebody help me out here.

MacBook, iPod Classic, 8GB 3G iPhone, Time Capsule
1. Not sure.
2. Have you installed the software for windows on the windows side of your macbook?

yes all software has been installed. if I go into explorer I can see the drive just can't connect to it.
