Hi all...

I can open iTunes, play a song, stop it, then quit iTunes, and it won't quit until I click the mouse (anywhere). If I quit while playing a song, it will continue to play the song until I click (anywhere) then the app will quit. I don't even have to play a song first... it just won't quit like it should!!

What in the world could be causing this?

I might recommend deleting the plist for the for iTunes
(User)>Library>Preferences
Also you may want to repair your permissions.

Thank you for your reply, but, sadly, the effort was to no avail :(

I am going to the apple store this friday, so I'm gonna ask a MacGenius.

I have a similar issue with iTunes. If I quit it from the Dock (right click) nothing happens on the first attempt. The second try makes it quit.
This is not a quirk - it happens every single time.
